At Panoramic Counseling, we recognize that access to mental health services is not just a healthcare issue but also a social justice issue. We are committed to taking action to address this. To improve accessibility, we allocate a portion of our appointments for sliding-scale rates. Generosity Pricing is designed for individuals committed to weekly or biweekly counseling who face financial barriers. We encourage prospective clients to consider their budget for regular appointments and reach out to inquire about available space. Additionally, we are proud members of the Open Path Collective.

Your sliding-scale contribution plays a pivotal role in sustaining our practice. With your generous support, we extend sliding-scale options to individuals who might otherwise lack access to therapy. By selecting a rate commensurate with your financial circumstances, you are actively contributing to the health of our community, ensuring that Panoramic Counseling remains a steadfast provider of affordable and inclusive mental health services.

Payment

Accepted payments include: credit / debit, HSA, or FSA card. Payment is due at the time of your session.

I do not accept insurance at this time; however, you may request a superbill to submit to your insurance. You are responsible for researching reimbursement rates with your insurance company for an out-of-network provider.

Cancellation Policy

If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full session rate. 

Good Faith Estimate

Clients have a right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much medical and mental health care costs will be. Good Faith Estimates are provided to clients who don’t have insurance or choose not to use insurance.
