Accessibility & Financial Equity
We believe access to mental health care is a matter of social justice. We're committed to reducing financial barriers where we can — in ways that are both compassionate and sustainable. We primarily support financial accessibility by accepting the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Oregon’s Medicaid program. This allows us to provide high-quality care at no cost to clients who qualify, many of whom face systemic and socioeconomic barriers to accessing mental health services.
We also only a limited number of sliding scale appointments outside of OHP. If you are uninsured, unable to access OHP, and are facing financial hardship, you're welcome to reach out about availability.
Cancellation Policy
If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full session rate.
Good Faith Estimate
Clients have a right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much medical and mental health care costs will be. Good Faith Estimates are provided to clients who don’t have insurance or choose not to use insurance. If you have questions about a Good Faith Estimate or your rights as a client, please ask me or visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
