Individual therapy for…

Anxiety, Trauma & Nervous System Dysregulation

Feeling on edge, stuck in patterns, or overwhelmed?
Here’s how I support healing.

At the core of my work with anxiety and trauma is a relational approach—one that honors the healing power of safe, attuned connection. You might be carrying stories of stress, trauma, or emotional neglect that show up in your body as tension, hypervigilance, or shutdown—and in your mind as preoccupation, over-analysis, or catastrophizing. Maybe you’ve learned to rationalize or override your emotions to stay safe. In our work together, we’ll make space for all of it—your thoughts, your sensations, your emotions—to be held with care, curiosity, and compassion.

I integrate relational therapy with EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and somatic practices to help you move toward more regulation, trust, and ease in your nervous system.

Life Transitions, Identity & Inner Change

In the midst of change?
Here’s how I support life transitions.

You might be in a season of change—moving to a new place, ending a relationship, shifting careers, or stepping into—or out of—a role that once defined you. Maybe something external has changed, or maybe it’s something internal. You feel different, but you’re not quite sure who you are now.

Even when change is chosen or long-awaited, it can bring up grief, confusion, and a sense of uncertainty. In therapy, we’ll make space to slow down, feel what’s true, and reconnect with what gives you a sense of meaning and direction. We might explore values clarification, nervous system support, or simply the practice of listening inward—with compassion rather than pressure to “figure it out.” Together, we’ll work toward a steadier sense of self, even in the midst of change.

Chronic Pain, Illness & Mind-Body Therapy

Wondering if mind-body therapy might be a good fit?
Here’s how I work with chronic pain and illness.

You might be living with chronic pain, fatigue, or symptoms that haven’t responded to traditional treatments. Maybe you’ve done the tests, tried the protocols, and still don’t have answers that feel satisfying—or healing. Deep down, you may sense that your pain is connected to more than just the body—that stress, trauma, and past experiences are part of the picture, too.

We now understand that the brain and nervous system can stay stuck in protective patterns, even long after an injury has passed. We’ll explore how pain and symptoms are shaped by the nervous system, and how the brain’s well-meaning—but overactive—signals can keep the pain cycle going.

Your pain is real, and there’s more to the story than what shows up on a scan. I use mind-body therapies like Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), EMDR, and somatic work to help create space for relief, understanding, and healing.
